Replies to comment thread/hierarchy are broken?

Hi there,

I wonder why when I reply to a message in the "Comments" section on the home page it doesn't show up under/next to the parent one, or maybe just at least only for me? Do you also have a bunch of "thank you" messages from me showing up on my home? Any idea? Am I doing something wrong?
